These banks in particular do not comply with the law voluntarily.

We need regulations to protect consumers against the abuses of JP Morgan Chase & CO., Inc. and HSBC and lenders like Reverse Mortgage Solutions and its VP Thomas Smith.

Reverse Mortgage Solutions harasses and abuses the elderly and refuses to provide details of the amount owed.
