When Phaedra Angeliades Kazanas’ father Merkourious (Mike) Kazanas and her sister Irena Angeliades were in trouble, arrested and convicted, for defrauding taxpayers, did Phaedra Angeliades Kazanas advise the “family” on how to pay workers “cash” in the amount of $20.00 per hour for overtime and holiday pay and bill the municipalities the union rate of about $55.00 – $60.00 per hour so that the “family” could pocket the difference?

Now apparently, she/Phaedra Angeliades Kazanas is having family members sign false affidavits under oath so the “family” can avoid paying bills to workers and contractors and sub-contractors and continue to bill their website(s) on the credit card of others without reimbursement.

Merkourious (Mike) Angeliades was arrested along with his daughter Irena Angeliades for defrauding municipalities and filing false business records after his company MA Angeliades paid employees cash for overtime and holiday pay, $20.00 per hour. Then MA Angeliades charged, billed, and collected from various municipalties the union rate, most likely $55.00 -$60.00 per hour. MA Angeliades then pocketed the difference. Merkourious (Mike) Angeliades, Irena Angeliades, one MA Angeliades executive and various union officials were arrested and convicted.

Was this Phaedra Angeliades Kazanas idea? An attorney? Her husband Manny Kazanas presently has had someone arrested to get out of paying them susbtantial sums and is charging the “family” website on someone’s else’s credit card, refuses to pay outstanding invoices, and expenses Manny Kazanas married into this rich family, sold his soul, and then must do whatever “the family” says. The Angeliades and Kazanas family lack morals and ethics and use their power and use their wealth to influence..

Manny Kazanas, Liberty (Libby) Angeliades wife of Merkourious (Mike) Angeliades, Melina Kazanas of 39 Glen, Locust Valley, New York and 1 Lighthouse Road, Port Washington (Sands Point) New York 11050 and 544 47th Street, Long Island City, New York hire employees as independent contractors and when there is a dispute over billing, they/Manny Kazanas, Liberty (Libby) Angeliades, wife of Merkourious (Mike) Angeliades, Melina Kazanas intentionally attempt to tortiously interfere with the contractor’s business and livelihood by defaming the contractor, and go so far as to fabricate and deny past business relationships (notwithstanding checks signed by Liberty (Libby) Angeliades and Manny Kazanas, violate HIPAA by illegally and immorally and unethically disclosing personal medical information obtained in the course of employment, such as addictions, without disclosing that the person was on prescribed medicine and the doctor eventually lost his license for overprescribing, disclose personal information on abuse, allege false criminal conduct, and utilize political connections and friendships with with those politicians who attend Church with them and for whom they hold fundraisers. By ay of example, Madeline Singas fundraiser in the Hamptons and at the Church they mutually attend. Those contractors also receive threatening and harassing phone calls from “unknown” callers threatening physical harm to the contractor and his or her family members.

Manny Kazanas, Libby Angeliades, and Merkourious (Mike) Angeliades and his companies and businesses MA Angeliades, Cosmopolitan, Clearview Development, Elea Restaurant, Kyma Restaurant, Corlear properties, pay individuals (when they pay) as contractors when they should be paying them as employees.

Manny Kazanas and his companies have these contractors drive him to the airport in order to keep their businesses and tries to impress naive and skilled young contractors with money and alleged power. They invite contractors/employees to their home to impress the young contractors and then turn on them and fabricate about many topics to gain an advantage.

By way of example, they disclose past addictions of the “employee”. Meanwhile, the “employee” was unfortunately addicted by a doctor who subsequently lost his license to practice medicine. They/Manny Kazanas, and Liberty (Libby) Angeliades and their companies call past clients of the contractors/employees, some of whom they referred to the contractor, and defame the contractor and spread false information because their relationship with the contractor/employee may have or may have not ended. They also spread false information and defame the businesses of the contractor/employee’s family

Manny Kazanas, and his companies, and Merkourious (Mike) Angeliades and Liberty (Libby) Angeliades and their companies including MA Angeliades disclose personal HIPAA related information about “employees” when it suits them. They have been sued for unfair labor practices, i.e. not paying employees or treating for tax purposes persons that are in reality employees as contractors.

Merkourious (Mike) Angeliades and his daughter has been arrested for paying union workers a rate of $20.00 in cash and then billing New York City and other government entities the standard union rate which assuredly is around $55-$65 per hour and Merkourious (Mike) Angeliades and his daughter pocket the difference. Union bosses were also arrested with Merkourious (Mike) Angeliades and his daughter.

THE QUESTION:

Why is New York City and other towns and municipalities still doing business with these people?

Judge Darrell L. Gavrin allows father who refused to provide prescribed medicine to a child suffering with bacterial cellulitis of the eye to continue visitation.

This Judge was recently seen and heard discussing her children and grandchildren.

How would she like it if either the children or grandchildren were in need of prescribed medicine for a serious condition of bacterial cellulitis and did not receive it?

Is there is no regard for the medical conditions of anyone else’s children or grandchildren?

Merkourious (Mike) Angeliades and his wife Liberty Angeliades mysteriously buying up waterfront property in Montauk, Gossman’s Dock, Gurneys Resort and Seawater Spa and Gurney’s Star Island Resort and Marina along with his son-in-law Manny Kazanas, Melina Kazanas, and Phaedra Kazana.

Merkourious (Mike) also owns Kyma in Roslyn and the Flatiron District and Elea on the Upper West Side of New York City, New York.

The father (Mike) and daughter (Irene) duo owns the construction business M.A .Angeliades and his son-in-law owns Cosmopolitan Construction Company and Clearview Management. Together and jointly they/Merkourious (Mike) Angeliades and Libby Angeliades and Manny Kazanas and Phaedra Kazanas, and possibly Melina Kazanas own several pieces of real estate in Long Island City, New York (with a niece/cousin running a day care center (to be avoided like the plague)) and in the Bronx. Mike and his daughter (Irene) were previously convicted of various crimes for paying $20 an hour in cash in overtime, weekend and holiday shifts for construction jobs but reporting that higher wages were paid, and billing New York City for the same, and pocketing the difference. More recently apparently they used their granddaughter and daughter to extort money from their contractors and use their (contractor’s) credit card (or a relative’s credit card), to avoid paying wages, expenses and fees to employees or independent contractors. They essentially want slave labor. When they don’t get slave labor, they make false police reports and go outside the normal police report protocol at the precinct and seek assistance from DA Madeline Singas’ office whose political campaign Liberty Angeliades contributed to generously. Liberty Angeliades and family, Mike, Manny, Phaedra, and Melina Kazanas ran a democratic fundraiser for DA Madeline Singas in the Hamptons. Shame on these abusive people for using white power, money, and privilege and shame on Madeline Singas for accepting the money. These people are a disgrace to the human race whose scam was accomplished with the help of Detective Romano and Detective Chaffney of the Second Precinct in Nassau County on Jericho Turnpike in Woodbury.

By the way, Commissioner Ryder and Ms. Laura Curran where are the changes after the Black Lives Matter protests? Where is internal affairs in Nassau County on the weekends to make a complaint against these officers? Closed. Do you seriously wonder why there are protests and requests to defund the police? DA Spotta and P.O. Burke got away with this for a long time, but it eventually ended when they were caught on tape.

They also bad mouth ex employees and try to tortiously interfere with their businesses and insist those ex employees or contractors maintain their websites for free. Detectives at the Second Precinct in Nassau County refuse to make an arrest or take a report.

How close are Madeline Singas and Liberty Angelidis? Look at the open government data regard “contributions”. How is Detective Shackney entitled to tell someone’s attorney they cannot invoke their 6th Amendment Right and threaten to arrest them for obstruction?!?

They even ask employees and contractors to apply for apartments in some of their relative’s names that Kazanas and Angeliades have deemed would an reputation impediment to the family. Has Detective Shackney done anything about this? Ofcourse, not. Has Madeline Singas office? Of course not. She is too busy collecting those “contributions” to her political campaign and attempting fundraisers hosted in the Hamptons by the Kazanas and Angeliades and company.

Why don’t Detective Shackney and Detective Romano of the Second Precinct in Nassau County at 7700 Jericho Turnpike, Syosset, New York want their supervisor and internal affairs telephoned or contacted? Why is not internal affairs open on the weekends to make complaints about the aberrant and abusive behaviors of officers? Why is there no supervisor on duty at the Second Precinct in Nassau County? What is Laura Curran doing to stop police corruption and weed out bad police? Apparently, nothing.

What a disgrace to the police department and to the human race Detectives Romano and Schackney. According to Shackneysomeone being taken into custody is NOT entitled to medical attention. According, to Shackney if a lawyer wants to call another lawye or provide 6th and 5th amendment admonitions prior to someone being taken into custody, that attorney can be threatened with arrest for obstruction and arrested for obstruction. According, to Schackney an attorney is not allowed to call the police department to tell the detectives that the person has invoked his sixth amendment rights to counsel; he states the attorney can be arrested for obstruction. The blue wall of silence did not work well for ex Officer Burke and ex DA Spotta did it? What is Laura Curran doing to combat police corruption? Apparently, nothing. What is Patrick Ryder doing to fight corruption and abuse by the police? Why are not Schackney and Romano investigating Manny, Melina, and Phaedra Kazanas of 39 Glen in Locust Valley, New York and Michael (Mercurio) and Libby Angeliades of 1 Light house Way in Sands Point, New York and now apparently Montauk for not paying employees or independent contractors wages, fees, and expenses. The family was previously arrested for not paying employees and scamming payments from New York City, but I guess that is acceptable. Why do the Unions allow Manny Kazanas, Melina Kazanas, and Phaedre Kazanas, Michael (Mercurio) Angeliades and Libby Angeliades to continue to union bust by hiring outside labor and engage in their “certain” cash businesses? Clearview, Cosmopolitan, Angeliades? After an employee or independent contractor quits, the Angeliades and Kazanas clan find it acceptable to ruin that individual’s business and charge on someone’s credit card without permission!

No one from the Second Precinct in Nassau County will investigate or take a report about the Angeliades/ Kazanas illegal behavior! Shameful! Are money and power really everything? Apparently, so. I do not agree with defunding the police, but Detectives Shackney, Romano, Marx and Carruso are prime examples regarding why the police need to be defunded. The Second Precinct policy in Nassau County is an absolute disgrace and absolute disregard for the 5th and 6th Amendment to the Constitution.

These individuals defame employees and ex contractors and steal intellectual property and use other’s credit cards to pay for their websites stating they have mental health concerns to get out of paying lawful salaries, fees, and expenses. They/Kazanas/Angeliades need to look in the mirror at their daughter and granddaughter and address all of her concerns.
