HOWARD HECKMAN – SUPREME COURT JUDGE – FATHER OF BETSY HECKMAN – FATHER-IN-LAW OF MICHAEL TORRES CONSERVATIVE PARTY OFFICER WHO WAS FIRED FROM HIS JOB ON THE BOARD OF ELECTIONS AND ARRESTED AND CONVICTED OF FALSIFYING AN APPLICATION FOR A JOB IN THE TOWN OF ISLIP AND THEN- CLAIMS HE DID NOT KNOW THAT HE WAS CONVICTED? HIS WIFE BETSY HECKMAN IS A LAW CLERK TO CONSERVATIVE SUPREME COURT JUSTICE JOHN COLLINS – MICHAEL TORRES WIFE IS A LAWYER AND HIS FATHER-IN-LAW IS SUPREME COURT JUSTICE HOWARD HECKMAN WHO RECEIVED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY MANY CONTRIBUTIONS FROM CONVERSAVATIVE PARTY LEADER MICHAEL TORRES. HOW IS IT THAT MICHAEL TORRES DID NOT KNOW HE WAS CONVICTED?

With familial cross-endorsements, do we wonder why some complain we cannot obtain a fair decision in the Courts?

Phil Boyle paid $5,000.00 to Michael Torres political consulting firm.  Yes after his arrest,  and minor conviction!   Phil Boyle was running for Sheriff and sought the support of Michael Torres.   Has Tim Sini  really made a difference?   It does not appear to be so.  Are you going to tell me Michael Torres whose wife and father-in-law are lawyers, work for the Courts, one as a Judge’s Clerk for Judge Collins – and the other one as a Judge, did not know what a conviction was?  Please!  Stop it!

Michael Torres also lost his job on the Board of Elections.  He was fired.  He then started a political consulting firm where people like his father in law can achieve placement as Judges and continue to hold political offices where they abuse litigants.

Michael Torres claims he was fired because  the Conservative Party – where Judge Heckman’s son-in-law holds a position – nominated Michael Torres’ father-in-law Howard Heckman rather than Tara Scully the daughter  of Steven Bellone’s deputy commission Peter Scully for Judge.  CORRUPTION!

 

The Suffolk County Court’s entire foreclosure department and Seatuck Strategic Consulting, LLC and BMT Strategic Consulting, LLC, 3 Seatuck Cove Circle, East port, NY 11941 are being investigated. Michael Torres was also investigated for illegal dumping.
